Lindsay S. Rodenburg B.Comm., J.D.
Growing up, Lindsay split her time between Kitchener, Ontario and Calgary, Alberta. It was in Edmonton that she obtained her Bachelor of Commerce in Finance from the University of Alberta before spending several years as an accountant for an oil and gas company. Deciding that accounting was not to be her final calling, she enrolled at the University of Victoria in 2011 and went on to complete her law degree. After completing her articling year with Ontario’s Ministry of Finance, she was called to the Ontario Bar in 2012.
Joining the predecessor firm to McCormick, Haney, Brimblecombe & Code LLP in 2013, Lindsay's practice focuses exclusively on insurance work; including personal injury claims arising from MVAs, slip and falls, and dog bites. Her practice also includes a range of subrogation matters, including losses arising from fire, water damage, sewer backups, and oil spills.
Lindsay has appeared before the Divisional Court, the Superior Court and the Small Claims Court.
